Meditation is a tool to quiet our busy minds in everyday life. Often we are so far removed from our bodies and ourselves and only live in our heads which can result in stress, burn-out, depression and other undesirable conditions.
Carina teaches a variety of meditation techniques depending on what your needs are and what you connect to. Examples are "Chakra Meditation", "Mindfulness Meditation", "Walking Meditation", etc.
