Enjoy a small but beneficial practice of only 20mins. This is a little video I have recorded in the summer about a year ago. :-) The quality is not great, but even by listening you should get a nice practice out of it. Maybe to wake up in the morning, or any time in the afternoon for an energy boost! I am planning to make more Yoga Videos in the upcoming winter months for you to practice comfortably at home.
